I still remember

the memory with my family as it comes to this dish. 🦐

It’s a dish created by 彭長貴(Peng Chang-Kuei), a Taiwanese chef 👨‍🍳

who is generally credited with being a creator of several original dishes and who is famous for the restaurant « Peng gourmet » in New York 1970s.

The shrimps be cut into small pieces, stir fry with onion, Chinese water chestnut and other sweet-type vegetables.

My memory of this dish started in my childhood and still haven’t ended.

And that’s why we want to make it become one of your memories too 😊
