When it comes to the 5th of May in Lunar calender, there is this day called 

The Dragon Boat Festival (Or Duanwu)

This is the moment you can watch the dragon boat race in Taiwan, or seeing your neighbor hanging the herbs (Ay Tsao) on their front door. Or of course, enjoying watching every family making their own ZongZi or eating them. 

This year, you have a chance to discover the Taiwanese culture! 

Homemade ZongZi : gluten rice stuffed with braised porc, mushroom, fried onion and marinated egg...
